CTI continues to provide white glove IT support during the pandemic and is classified as an essential service by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of Homeland Security. We are offering live phone and remote support with on-site deployment only for emergency critical system down situations affecting multiple users.

As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, the health and well-being of our community is of utmost importance to us.

We understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on your technology is imperative. Security, safety and well-being is integral to our service delivery, business processes, and infrastructure. We have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place and are committed to keeping our operations running smoothly so that we can continue to provide the best possible service.

Due to the uncertainty of the virus’ spread and the elevation by the WHO to a pandemic, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan, which includes:

  • Enabling “work from home” capabilities. We already do so much remotely to support our clients that for us to work from home is a piece of cake. Our phones can even go home with us so we won’t miss a beat and of course, we have our 24/7 answering service that intends to continue to answer all calls.
  • Seamless delivery of services and support to our clients. We have talked to colleagues and have agreements in place to help each other in the event this is needed. I am also an Advisory Board member for The ASCII Group (a membership-based community of independent North American technology providers) and have been advised that they are putting together a way for members to request assistance from other members in the event of staff illnesses.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the business are accounted for so that we operate “business as usual” for our clients.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust accordingly to ensure that essential services remain operable. Computer Technologies is committed to support the business community during these uncertain times, and we will continue to deliver uninterrupted services.
